I need some help

Got this virus on IRC the other day, didn't mean to click it. From what I can tell its a exe file that is hiding in my Windows/temp folder but I deleted my temporary interent files, uninstalled irc and reinstalled it and its still executing. So I can't find it. If someone can help out that would be great.
