How can I get a pet spider from Underworld?

Ascend. Talk to Jarrel the Tamer to get rid of the pet you currently have. Go to the Temple of the Ages in Kryta. Join a group of seven other ascended people. Have the group leader offer 1 platinum piece to Grenth. You will be teleported to the Underworld. Don't die (harder than it sounds). Find a spider and tame it using Charm Animal.
 
You have to also do a couple of missions down there before he'll come out. He'll pop out beside one of the statues of grenth.
