Guild Audit Part One

I was bored this morning so I decided to go to http://be.imba.hu and do a guild audit to see where each class stood in rating gear wise and equipment raid wise.

Higher numbers mean better gear/enchants score, as this site just collects data from the Armory it pulls whatever gear you are wearing at that time to determine the score, also it only audits and bases the score on a PVE scale only not PvP etc..

I'll break down each class by spec for example, Tank, DPS, Healing..etc.. Also it lists every 70 in the guild whether the person has an active account or not. Remember these scores are just a number based on what gear you are wearing and should be used to give you ideas where you can upgrade your gear.

Visit http://be.imba.hu and do a individual character update to get ideas where you can improve your gear at..

This could also be a useful tool for Raid leaders to help determine the awarding of gear in Raids as it takes the gear live in audits, where the raid may benefit by "Person A" recieving gear over "Person B"

Please Note these scores do not factor in Skill.
**Note these Scores Are Based on What Gear You logged off In Or Were Wearing When I Took the Audit, So if you logged off in PvP gear these Scores Reflect That as I looked at a few and noticed a few were in PvP gear so your PvE score would probably be higher. For a Truly Accuracte Reading it would require Everyone to Log Off In Their Best Gear.***

I'll try and put them in order from Highest score to lowest. Since it breaks it down by Spec it also can give you a good idea of what spec the guild may need once you hit 70.

P.S.
Noticed Something...If you look at the scores it appears that DPS toons have a much easier access to good dps gear versus good healing gear notice the SP vs. Holy 220's vs. 200's. The top 4 healers are barely above 200 while the top 4 shadows are above 220..estimating here as Bill and Arakk were in some PvP gear at the time and their scores would probably be higher. I wonder how the scores will reflect in other classes DPS gear versus other gear for example Druids, Pallies, and Shaman, and what that says about Blizzard's gear splits..

LoL, I logged out after doing the quest in Nagrand where you where those googles, so I'm not wearing a head piece. Too funny. Will fix that and review later,.
 
The new score for Avesther with her helm is : 238.87

I didn't expect it to go up that much. But as I anticipated, even T5 gear isn't much of an upgrade for me. This site squarely puts my expected upgrades half way through T6 and my gear to perform well in Sunwell.

I guess I'll go back after the patch and everyone gets logged in and stuff to finish updating this.

One key note to look at is it tells you what your spell hit melee hit, defense rating, block rating etc...is so it's a good tool to see what areas need improving, suggests enchants, or replacing certain enchants, missed socket bonuses and stuff.

There are quite a few sites out there that do this but this seems to be by far the easiest to use and most reliable as data goes. I've switched gear in game before and done and alt+tabbed out and done a character look up and the gear would be there already.
 
There are alot of paladins in guild... I'll only list those with over 100 gear score. A very cool site, thanks for the linky. One thing I'd mention too is that this is only your PVE score.

The primary purpose of an audit though, is to compare performance to a standard. Making recommendations for change, either to performance or the standard is one of the outcomes of an audit. And said recommendations of an audit may indeed spur changes but, it is not the audit that causes change. What causes change is somebody agreeing with the findings of an audit and then set into action a plan of action. (I bet this paragraph really grinds Tek's gears:) )
 
Man that Oddbob guy is slackin'.. I guess it would help if he was an active character... and probably even more so if his account was active...

To be honest, I think more then 6+ hours on this place without anyone really posting spam is an eternity.

Interesting enough, after running an audit on the hunters in the guild, I am the lone Survival Spec hunter.
