Well I seem to be flooding these boards, but I truly need prayer on this one too.
I was asked last Sunday to speak in front of the congregation on this coming Sunday, which is Baptist Men's Day. The pastor wants me to keep it around 5-7 minutes tops, and I am someone who when speaking likes to make an impact. What can I say, I see myself as an evangelist. But I am just trying to write out what I think I should say as a testimony that would truly give glory and honor to God. That is my focus throughout the testimony. I so far have 9 index cards filled out that I will probably edit/revise 5+ times.
I just am asking for you to pray for me and the words to speak. And to let God examine me and give me the paths to walk on and to deliver my testimony. As well as courage, being as I will be speaking in front of 100+ people, it will be new to me. The most i've ever done on a single occasion would be around 60-70 at a given time. Please pray for me.
