Graphics Cards

I have a GeForce 2 GTS (32mb). Tomorrow I'm picking up an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro.
 
g2 32 mb w00t that plus d3d allows for around 30 fps, when im lucky on maps like de_chateau i drop to liek 10-15

I run a constant 60fps. But my friend up the street has everything the exact same as me: same comp, same graphics card, same net connection. He runs at 100fps he said he tweak his card. Im about to get him to come down here and tweak mine.
 
ATI Radeon 9000 Pro 128Mb DDR RAM. My fps shifts around as my ping goes up and down all the time :P

high ping=low fps
low ping=high fps
usp accuracy=always low
am i able to control usp?=of course yes!

BAAAAH
 
Dead aim I am confused, You said you were goin to get a new card and then you said your friend was going to tweak it. Which is it?
Oh and also I have a 32Meg TNT2 I get about 20fps if i am lucky
 
Hercules 3d prophet. Radeon 9800 pro 128mb DDR. The one with the blue LED fan and copper cooling system built on.

(and it came bundled with raven shield and power dvd xp)

nah really I just got a Radeon 9200 124megs of DDR.

I roll on 99 fps constantly though in 1024 X 768 specs in counter-strike. It only costed me about 125 bucksand I think it's easily worth it.

me role on 99fps in server near me. ToJ server very very faaaaa away

! so in ToJ server its alwasy 60fps :P but when im lucky i get 80ish now adays :P

I'm on 1024x768 while on cs, OpenGl and after switchin to it, i got much better fps..
 
I just had fun the last two days putting in a GeForce 5200 Ultra 128 MB card. Ended up having to reinstall windows XP to get it to take the card. On a side note, that messed up the installation of all my other programs so it may be a day or too before I get back to answering emails and working on webpages while I reinstall everything.
