lets not panic...dont forget half-life 2 and also counter-strike 2 are "SCHEDULED" to come out this year... I would venture to say the release of them would more than renew the activity that weve had in the past.
now we just have to sit back, wait, and watch awesome demo videos... oh and dont forget to idle in the server every once in a while

Actully theres no word on Counter Strike 2 at all but you can guess it will come out "shortly" after Half Life 2.
Then again Condition zero was said to come out shortly and we know how that went. Oh and you cant forget TFC 2 december 2000 release date sigh.

My view on life has been totally changed by Half-Life...now whenever one of my friends says he/she will do something "shortly" I anticipate a couple years of waiting.

Actually, one could interpret little discussion in the Server Discussion forum as meaning that no one has suggestions for improving the server, which in turn would mean that everyone's happy with it.
...Except for that whole "server being empty" thing. ^_^;; But I think that's a temporary problem as CS is still ridiculously popular and people will return to it once they get settled in at college and school.

I have not spent much time with Toj in the last years or more... but i am now trying to become active again instead of just being able to put a ToJ infront of my name when I enter a the server...
I wanted to start geting involved in the Forum also and this as good of time as any to put my 2 cents in.
I know For me Counter-strike is a classic, a game which i plan to play until it is obsolete. I hope that which the new release of 1.6 they game will come back, in the minds of others. lol. even though i have not even played it yet i am confident that I will be a welcome change.
Im just hoping i can catch up the exodus because he has to learn a whole new update also..
