All Redeemed raids (more than 5 people):
1) Master looter set at blues and above ... if you get a green off a mob, you keep it
2) Disenchanted purples (Void Crystals) go to the guild bank
3) If the raid leader has forgotten to set master looter ... PASS on items.
Karazhan Loot Rules:
1) In general, if you need the item, you can roll for it ... highest roll wins.
2) Raid leader has the discretion to change loot rules but will announce prior to the boss fight (e.g., "Chinatown needs the Shard, if it drops, he gets it" or "Alhana has been on 8 runs without a drop, if something drops for him he gets first priority").
25-Man Loot Rules:
1) Maulgar: Anyone who needs the item can roll for it. Cannot roll on an item if you already have a 25-man epic item from that week.
2) Gruul: Loot council
3) The Eye: Trash mob epic recipes/patterns and rare gear: Roll if need
4) The Eye: Trash mob epic gear drops and rare/epic mats: Loot council
5) The Eye: Void Reaver and other bosses: Loot council
6) SSC and later 25-Man Raids: Loot council
7) Loot council is Sazul, Quantam, and Icthus (or their appointed designee(s) for the raid). They will decide who gets the item with the goal of "what serves Redeemed the best" ... these decisions may or may not be fair or equitable but are final.
8) Loot council, in consultation with the guild officers, determines when gear moves from Loot Council to free roll and/or other allocation method. There is no predetermined schedule for this.
These are guild lines and subject to change. We, the officers, felt it important for the entire guild to see how we are trying to be fair and distribute loot in a godly manner.
