Just thought i'd share this...
When Timert and I were in Scarlet Monastery Armory we accidentally aggroed 12 Scarlet enemies and were getting evidently beat down. At this time, I was playing as main healer, so I saw my party die one by one while trying to keep myself alive also, but soon enough I, too, was low on health out of mana to heal. The last two survivors were me and another paladin who all of a sudden said to me, "Run; I'll die so that you may live" and cast divine intervention on me, sacrificing himself to save me.
Eventually I resurrected the party and we beat down Herod...
Sad thing is, everyone on the party was moved by that, but so many people in this world are not moved by the much greater sacrifice.
But I just thought the quote was really cool...rang lots of bells in my heart.
