And this is fantastic news IF they bring back the team that wrote for the first five seasons. The movies had their moments, but didn't quite measure up to the original series (especially seasons 4 and 5).

EDIT: And I'm realizing that this news is 6 months old according to the date on the press release.

It's only about as well known as The Simpsons up here in Western Canada.

...and, one of the newest bosses in WoW, Professor Putricide, is modeled after, and supposedly voiced by the same guys as the Professor in Futurama.

Saying Futurama is better than anime is like saying Dave Matthews Band is better than every band in Asia. There's a wide range of anime spanning a multitude of genres, while Futurama is a single animated sci-fi comedy series from the US.

That being said, I'll agree that Futurama is funnier than most of the comedy anime series I've watched.

Do you have proof of this alleged voice acting? Because if so, I want to see and/or hear it.

I, too, had been living under the assumption that every person living in North America (and possibly Europe as well) had heard of Futurama. It seems I was mistaken.
