Yes it's late, but it's here. Interesting things is I can actually use this for a good verse:

For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

We go through our lives always making plans for this or that, but how many of us actually include God directly in those plans? I know I'm guilty of leaving God out at times. This verse tells us God never took us out of His Plans.
Although we try hard to keep including God in EVERYTHING, we know the flesh can get in the way. This is what proves how much we need Him and His Plans.
We must make His Plans our plans, then our plans will not fail.
