can you "re-spec" in WAR?

there are so many dimensions in the way you build up your charater in WAR.

Can you respec you mastery trainings and rep rewards?
 
Yes, you can. The trainer allows you to respecialize, but it costs $$. Don't know how much, though.
 
One of the respecs is like 20 silver per point unlearned. In any way, its cheap as stink given how easy it is to start gain cash in the game even without playing on the AH.
