While researching options for adding features to the CGA Discord server (such as allowing members to select some of their own roles), I discovered that we could enable some of the features I was planning to add by enabling Community status for our server rather than have to hassle with the cost and administrative overhead of hosting, configuring, and maintaining a bot like YAGPDB or Bastion.
Enabling Community is a reversible change, so we could switch back if we discover any drawbacks (which I haven't found in my research so far).
I didn't want to make this decision without input from the community, so I'm interested in hearing from folks regarding this potential change.
