demons, 1/3

umm ive heard and always figuired it fact that 1/3 of angels are fallen. but where in the bible does it say that? or am i way off?

Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28 mention the fall of satan, but it is Revelation 12:4 that refers to him, as a dragon, taking 1/3 of the angels to devour Jesus at His birth. Then in verse 9 it states again that his angels were cast out with him.
