Crazy Year!

This school year began with a bad start (family issues that have finally subsided), then homework and school dominated my life, then band plagued my schedule along with theatre's recent interference, and now my church has moved to a huge new building on the other side of town and I'm running tech for the youth group on sundays and even wednesdays (I used to never go on wednesdays o.0)
suddenly I have no time for recreation (FoG probably needs me now more than ever and I haven't been able to check on it :(, but fortunately the old leader of the BFII clan returned and took over again, so I don't have to lead 2 groups at once...)

I can't decide whether I gave myself too much to do or I am given too much to do... Teachers seem to forget that I have 5 advanced classes to do homework for and they of course don't care that both monday and wednesday make it nearly impossible to get work done... Even my weekends are full of events (Fridays after school = football games, Saturdays = youth praiseband/tech, piano lessons, trumpet lessons, Sunday = church and sometimes piano recitals)

The only things I'm excited about are church and theatre... Last year I was really excited about band and piano...

Insane!

God wont give you more than you can handle. You'll do good.
And you have good people in FoG helping you out.

we got a division 1 at the contest for band last night so that's not going to bother me anymore...

however i managed to tell my mom "no" in response to "do you want to go to church" when she woke me up this morning, which is a big surprise because i've been excited about the service for a week now and also i'm pretty much necessary in the youth group because i'm running tech... well by the time i woke up, it was too late to go... i don't remember saying no... WHY would i say no?! surely she remembered that i was running tech and also that i've been waiting for this day for a week now...
i'm angry at myself and disappointed with my own mother... something's wrong here.
