Company of Heroes

Its a good RTS, 1 of the best i've played. I considered getting it but I didnt like the language in it...

The demo is 1.75gigs and the demo is that size for a reason, the graphics are quite amazing, and the detail the game has in terms of game play is quite awesome.

Haven't palyed it. How is it?

EXTREMELY good. I got very bored with the same ole same ole RTS's out there. Let's face it, RTS's are all the same; get resources, build up a force, wipe out enemy. That's just the way it is.

CoH packaged it very well though. Sure, the graphics are the best we've seen in an RTS to date, but that isn't going to save a poor game. The gameplay is truly outstanding though. I can see Relic building off of this franchise for a long time to come.

There are a few changes that I'd like to see implemented in the first major patch. Namely, being able to select infantry only in online or skirmish games. The infantry aspect is where the game truly shines.

Long story short: Great game, go buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Actually, I've finished the campaign, which is why I'm looking for skirmish players. Note that xfire only records the time you've spent playing the game WHILE XFIRE IS OPEN. If I'm not playing online, there's no need to have it open. I've only played two games online, hence the three hours while xfire was open.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled program...

If you still think I'm a n00b at it, let's play :)

he just likes blowing stuff up. And yes I enjoy accuracy also, but there comes a point when it gets pretty stuipid. What if it said 95.51246%? would you write down all the digits then?

That would depend on the situation.

Note that I didn't say I enjoyed accuracy, I said it was important.

In THIS situation, 95.5% is adequate, 95.51246% would just be anal retentive.

Now stop being argumentative :p

Either way people always argue with me, I find that the only way to win is to just ignore people's posts.

Since you're not going to win this argument, when can I expect you to start ignoring this thread?
