Created the heavens, the earth and man by THE FATHER IN Him.
He decided what jewish virgin to use.
He decided when to send Gabriel.
He decided when to Inseminate Mary.
He CHOSE THE DAY He created.
for only He has created THE DAY, AND THE NIGHT.
He placed the earth in the void and lighted it, and then gave it to spin.
And He knew No matter what day He chose to come into the world on, men that would OPPOSE Him would have something to complain about that Day.
For no matter the Day He would choose, by the time He came, there were celebrations of false gods by some past civilization on that day.
But AS THOSE gods are false, and those peoples NOT SAVED, IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT DAY He CHOSE TO COME, FOR EVEN He PLACED THE GUILDING STAR IN THE SKY AND CAUSED IT TO MOVE. AMEN
SO dear sheep of THE LORD GOd JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH CELEBRATE THE BIRTH OF JESUS ON WHAT EVER DAY YOU SEE FIT.....FOR He HATH MADE THE DAY. AMEN.

I will celebrate Christmas, too. I will gather around the secular/pagan tree, eat lots of food, tell my little brother about secular Santa Clause, and open some nice secular presents.

MMMMMmm hanuka has good foood. i spent hanuka with a jewish friend of mine and man food i never heard of was the best !

This will be my first time as I never knew we as gentile Christians should celebrate it before.

I am not quite sure yet. It probably wont be that big as I will be the only one in my family celebrating it.
 
but are Christians to celebrate Jewish holidays as well? Paul says it's not required.
