A quick PSA, the chicken farm at spawn was broken, and very well may break again. There were some chest minecarts underneath the hoppers that were supposed to pick up eggs. They were stuck, so the farm didn't work. If the farm breaks again, go into the redstone, break into the hoppers and move the minecarts.
If the dispensers are not shooting, go move the minecarts that have a chicken inside of them that control a clock. There is one on each side.
