Hello Everyone,
I pulled this build up and I'm liking it. This is what I will be using when the patch hits:

This is primarily a raid build:
I have not put any points in Blood and Thunder as it's more of a 5 man/heroic talent for AoE tanking. Impending Victory looks like a nice PvP talent and Safeguard (IMHO) is meh.
Please keep in mind that you must take all 31points in your main tree before you can put talent points in others. Field Dressing (Arms) increases your healing received by 6% (uber) and Blood Craze (Fury) gives you a 10% chance to generate 7.5% of your health back over 5 secs. Both are essential Prot elements.
I'll be using those glyphs (most likely) as well. Furious Sundering (Minor) could be swapped out for Berzerker Rage or Battle Shout - personal preference. You could also look at Cleaving, Long Charge, and Thunderclap for your Major Glyphs. Your Prime Glyphs are really limited to the three I have picked as they are the only relevant Prot ones available.
