Anyone know how to make Source sprays?

I've searched on google but found nothing helpful aside from making animated sprays, which isn't what I'm looking for. Does anyone know how to go about this?

Your avatar of Magneto or your signature can be easily be used as your spray for CS:Source.

-Options
-Multiplayer
-Import Spray
 
Ok, I'm a nub thanks fox. Now can someone give me a list of what resolutions are doable since I'd like to do something like my sig.
 
Resized my sig to 64x256, which I'd think would be a good resolution, but it's still squishing it up.

CS: Source automatically resizes your sig as you use your spray.

It resized my avatar which its original size was 1024x800.

My spray is about 3 times the size of my avatar, so it should be the same with your sig, amusedtoe.
