7th Year Anniversary

Check it out... It looks like ArenaNet snuck us a little Guild Wars (1) love in the middle of Beta Weekend fever!

The 7th Year Anniversary is upon us... And I didn't even get a present. It looks like we can expect some good drops and festivities and... drum roll... a special ranger pet: The Hound of Balthazar! (Seven years is the flaming dog anniversary, I guess.)

Limited Edition Ranger Pet, awesome.

It also looks like they basically have every normal weekends stuff running as well, so double faction, double XP from skill capture, double green drops etc.
