Whats better; a expensive, new, non-scratched CD, OR, a cheap, used, scratched CD?

Besides, its AoE2 and the Expansion, not 1 of them each. $29.99 US/$39.99 CDN for 2 games!

Got all 6 Heroes(Heroes 1, Heroes 2/Expansion, Heroes 3/AB/SoD) games for $50.
Got C&C: Tiberian Sun/Firestorm, C&C: Renegade and C&C: Red Alert 2/Yuri's Revenge for $20.
Got Half-Life Platium Pack for $50 too. (Half-Life/OP/TF/CS)

Package games are worth the money.

ebgames is expencive for new games, but ok for used.
I used to work at toys and their to expencive.
Wallmart is cheap, but don't remember seeing AoE over there.
Best Buy is cheaper than Future Shop, but u can get it alot cheaper through the net. Just go to froogle.com
