1,000 Days at Sea

Two men will be undertaking a 1,000 day voyage at sea in early January, which apparently could share many similarities with a long space voyage to Mars. Here's the article from MSNBC.

They won't make it. I would bet everything on it. 1,000 days, which is practically three consecutive years, without even seeing land? Not gonna happen. I've been out there for over 60 days without seeing land. It breaks you down quick.
 
Man, I saw Waterworld for like two and a half life times... i mean hours and that nearly did me in.
