Can't commit to any groups/times on a *consistent* bases, but if any of the teams are short at times and I'm on I might have the time to go: 350 gear lvl (Ele dps/.5 healer) .5 not because of lack of gear, but rather being rusty and away from the healing game for a year.

I'm doing it with most of my WOW time: Pvp, (Daily pvp..) daily heroic, BH 10 man raid.

Had 3 worgens in beta: Fun stuff. I'll probably be working on getting one of my 80's to 85. But eventually I would like to lvl a worgen druid. Myself and Renee played two druids and it was fun and much easier to do difficult content without others (if you can't find a group)

I'll probably head straight to black-rock caverns after picking up a quest for there from MH. As for which zone I hit first, I've done them already so I'll approach it from a gear/rep/faction standpoint.

Same experience when I lvled a few worgens to 25-36. Honestly I had more fun rerolling then lvling 2 toons to 85. It was due in a large part to revisiting old places that had changed. The other contributing factors: New class & being away for a year.

Soo.. I've done all the normal 5 mans. I think 2 are A+, (Grim Batol & Throne of Tides) 5 are C+ to B-. It's kind of hard to give grades though since the challenge was made easier in the lvl 85 instances due to epic geared players. Still, they were fun though not as challenging. I can see...

85: 90k health hit/expertise capped up to lvl 86 mobs. I've still not done any instances yet. ( BTW - Twilight highlands is also a good zone.) Lots of in-game cinematic/voice acting shifted my attention away from grinding for levels/gear towards grinding to see what was going to happen next...
