That does seem to be the miles stone a lot of servers are trying to reach in those close battles.

Basically every 5 minutes we get points added to our total. 250 is the majority points if all 3 worlds are in a close race. Technically it's just difficult to break that when all worlds are active. While we were all playing we got it up to 240.

Double Dagger was fun and very action based, but was a little too close to enemies for my comfort. I ended up getting very comfortable with the Staff. It is more inline with a "control" character that I like rolling. I ended up oping for defensive utilities to help my ele stay alive longer...
