Yeah, end game WAR killed my system. I haven't played end game Aion yet, but quest areas run just fine. I exceed minimums on RAM and video card, but am under minimum for CPU.

Actually, you might be surprised. My processor speed is below the listed required specs, and it runs pretty well on my system.
