The only thing that I don't like about using in-game voice is that you can't "mute" individuals. If you happen to get into a mixed group of guildies and non-guildies, you have to take the good with the bad. I do like that you can see who's talking with the in-game voice, which is hard to do...

You don't have to play through the tutorial solo, you just are restricted to grouping with others who are still in the tutorial. I rolled a bard (Armethio) to assist ya'll on Korthos Island (the tutorial area). :D Now, if we can just get a day/time down...

I don't think so. I'm with Icthus on this one. In an rpg you assume the characters roll. In KOTOR, I played my dude as either light or dark and made the appropriate selections. The only way it would be compelling is if there were no way to determine which way honest choices would lead.

When you start being able to float stuff around with your mind, then you will be a little more in line. Of course you could try and say...oh...role play in one of these silly little role playing games. That way you don't need to worry about "lining up". MMmmm, fun, these games are. You do...
