I think the pull is that people who are tired of FPS games on consoles are looking for something innovative. I remember when the first Lemmings came out and everyone went nuts. The big pull is that the game has infinite content.. you can play and play forever as long as people keep making games.

As much as i would love a tricked out pc, i can live with a doorstop. All i do is surf really. Gaming is restricted to consoles.

Havent looked to be honest. Wii Shop was a let down so i am kinda gunshy about the PSN. But it all looks good. My brother has wipeout HD but i was not that impressed. I remember the original and i completed it 100% (there werent many of us) but this just looks a bit tacked on for £15 ($30)

I havent put my card details into the PS shop yet.. just got LEGO Batman which will keep me occupied until LBP comes out here.

I find Facebook OK. Generally because i dont allow any of the 3rd party apps on it. I just use it to keep in touch with friends and see what they are up to. Its getting a bit cluttered nowdays, but its a good thing to maybe do a CGA or ToJ group in and share stuff.

Seems the only games i am getting in the next 6 months are LBP and the remaining LEGO games since we demolished starwars in a couple of weeks... my wife is addicted o.O

I can probably manipulate the wallpapers i have to that size without much problem. I can also integrate the slate colour if you can find the hex for it or a place where i can screengrab a true colour representation. EDIT: which is your fav one btw?
