You want the Infinity Evolved pack. You should just be able to download the pack and start it up. Once started everything is the same to connect to the server.

We have moved to 1.9.2! The world is still the same, but I have rebuilt the Frontier in 1.9, so all the goodies should be there. This allows us see the new stuff, without having lose our current world (read = work). Please post here if you run into any issues. :)
