The problems with dual/quad core CPUs is that programs have to take advantage of them. Windows does some thread-delegation of its own, but not much. If programs aren't optimized to use multiple cores, you won't see much of a difference, especially going from dual to quad. I do recommend dual...

Impossible, as that file is stored in the GCF. Multiple users on the steam forums have verified that deleted and redownloading the GCF doesn't work either, so it's gotta be the servers.

I've been waiting to try a restart because the server's been packed all day, and I didn't want to interrupt everyone. It looks like it's winding down now though, so we might be able to soon.

The headgear could always be cosmetic, but who knows. Grenades may or may not be good. I think they need to be easily disable-able on a server though, because I personally enjoy not getting blown up every ten seconds by somebody who is entirely too good at 'nade spam.

Drupal or Joomla would be my suggestions for a CMS as well. I used Drupal for a while and it is extremely powerful, but not very difficult to use.

Annath - Yes, sometimes. I'm rarely available to complete a whole campaign except for weekends and sometimes in the afternoon.

It sounds like it increases his speed a lot, and then hurts him. I'm not entirely sure though.

I've read about that. I'm not entirely worried, as I think that (hopefully) my University's administration would a bit more mature. Ah well, if they do go after me for it I'll nail them to the proverbial wall legally and go to another school. xP I've actually done some research on the subject...
