=OOOOOOOOOOOO HUGE CRIT but hardly "OP". The only reason he hit for so much was because he had a raid of 38 shamans or so using stormstrike on a warrior.

i think a blue mentioned that the reduction in armor bonus and health being changed to a static amount is because TBC is inc and they thought having the %'s would make it scale *too* well with gear

A few suggestions- I think the 2/2 in Weapon Expertise can be better spent elsewhere. In the next patch (2.0) and in TBC, weapon skill bonus is being nerfed so that 1 +skill is equal to 0.1 to crit on mobs that are at a higher lvl than you. It will no longer reduce glancing blows etc...
