Oh thanks. But where do I enter it?

I know this might not go in the LoL section of CGA, but I got on mumble today and tried joining the League of Legends speak and it told me that i was "denied Enter privileges into league of Legends. Can you explain why this is happening?

I had been playing LoL for a while and realized there might be a CGA group for it, and there was. My summoner name is Oreeo.
