I hear there are lots of IT jobs in Texas....at least that is where it seems all the Canadian programers/computer geeks end up working....but then maybe they took all the jobs already <shrug>

*Check out Kelowna if you want similar climate to Cali....really really nice there in the middle of the mountains and they have hot summers and warm winters...oh...lots of IT and web development jobs there online too

My cousin and her husband just moved there from Texas where he was doing web design and stuff..and they paid their moving expenses, flew him there for the interviews...really nice there. I have no idea what the work visa system is though...likely the companies hiring would.
