Officer SOE/LoE/Where's "here"?
This one is for me today. I have been doing VoTD for several years now and the well is temporarily dry. All preachers, teachers, writers go through dry spells, and I am hitting mine. No it is not a crisis of faith, just a period of rest and prayer. Much is going on in life now, and it is hard right now to come up with appropriate devotionals. I will continue to post Scripture 4 days out of 7, just deep commentary may be lacking most days. That is why it is a time of prayer, and the above passage is so important right now. You pray for me and I will pray for you.
Dear God thank you for your promises like today's. We understand that dry spells do come, and praise you for the learning and blessings that come from them. Let us all learn to grow in those times. In Jesus Name Amen.
