There still should really be more options on the poll including an option not to go with the same build for every run. Also, y'all have been advertising that Tuesdays are more advanced and run new builds, and Fridays are more open to newbies and tend to run the same builds. Are you continuing that or is this the same builds for both? Most of those really good teams have the exact same players every time they play, and you all have some, but not always, and that's going to be difficult.
As for the caller issue, that's still a problem no matter what build you run and probably no matter how advanced of a player you are. The best teams are coordinated, and I think that's what has really been lacking because you choose the caller as a last thing after choosing the build, and it might work better if you do it the other way around (choose the caller first who then plays the best position for the caller to be in).
Last, I'll be real honest and say y'all aren't very newbie friendly, and I mean this in terms of how you treat new players overall. The very first time I played pvp with you, it almost made me never want to play Guild Wars again. The only reason for taking it up again was more on Dea's persistence than anything else. There was more than one person on the team that made it very clear newbies were not welcome, and I only remember dredd saying something to them about it. The past few weeks, you've had trouble finding players to fill the teams, and quite a few players leaving early. If you are going to only be about winning, then that problem just going to increase if you don't get more players playing regularly, whether older players or newer ones.
