Release date??

I was on the G4 web site and their saying the release date for swtor is December 1 2011 http://www.g4tv.com/games/pc/61502/star-wars-the-old-republic/

While I suppose that's a possible date, I'm pretty sure that it is just a placeholder until they get a real date. Bioware still hasn't announced the official date yet.

Don't believe anyone until it comes straight from Bioware. Everything and everyone else is speculation.

In fact, just before and at PAX 2011, they changed the way they are refer to the holiday release. They are now adding the word 'target' to the holiday release date. This could just be a ploy to make us think there is a chance it may not come out before Christmas, but like Blizzard, Bioware doesn't release games before they are ready, so who knows.
