Needs to be answered in next 30 mins! Please help!

Alright, so my friend is coming over tomorrow to hang out. I need a new game because we both hate Resistance: Fall of Man. I have a ten dollar gift card and will be getting $40 on trade, summing up to $50. Gamestop closes soon so I need this to be answered ASAP! Here is my criteria:

- FPS
- Offline deathmatch and co-op (deathmatch>co-op, but ONLY if there are NO other games with co-op)
- Quality graphics

I was thinking CoD4, but I would like something with co-op also. Thanks for all answers!
 
Little late to the party, but I think UT3 had co-op and online features too. But Borderlands is fun too. :)
 
oh nice. i really oughta play that sometime soon. it's been a while, and there is a map with a windmill that is tons of fun to play
