Monkey Quest??

I was reading a power leveling suggestion guide, and it mentioned that there were "only two mods necessary".. The first being cartographer which I already have, the second he called "Monkey Quest".

He described monkey quest as automatically putting in tloc for quest targets as you pick the quests up.. I did a search on ui.worldofwar.net and www.curse-gaming.com and didn't get anything.. You guys/gals ever heard of anything like this?
 
MonkeyQuest was pretty big prior to the 2.0 patch. I haven't seen an update since then. I personally didn't care for it, but I know a lot of people did.
 
I love it and use it all the time. It is a keeper while you head up to 70. At 70, it becomes useless again
