Laid Off - Again

Sorry to hear that. :( I've been hired and laid off in short order before. No getting around it: It stinks.

I am waiting to hear about a full time permanent job opportunity in San Antonio TX. I have had 2 interviews and did well in both of them. I interviewed for a software developer position. After I interviewed, one of the developers at the company died. That delayed the company making a decision on the job. Full time permanent jobs are really hard to find. Please pray that they will offer me a job soon.
 
I got two offers, one in Denver and one in San Antonio. I went to Denver and worked one day, it felt wrong so I went back to San Antonio. I am now working at Fort Sam Houston for the Army in San Antonio. It is a much better situation than my previous position in SA. Thank you all for your prayers.

I pray and read the Bible every morning so that I will glorify God in my current position. I actually lived in hotels for about a month. Praise good for a good job and a roof over my head!

Thank you again for all your prayers. My current contract ends March 31, the army will not be extending the contract due to funding priorities. I need to find a job by March 31.

I have a second interview with a compay in Austin, Texas monday. Please pray that I will get an offer.

Thank you for your prayers. I am studying very hard for the Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Web Applications
exam. Please pray that I will study effectively and pass it by the time my current employment contract ends March 31.
 
Thank you all for your prayers. I did get a job offer. However, things have been rocky. I missed two meetings and they are now considering letting me go. I sometimes have depression and anxiety. It makes it hard to focus and sometimes I forget things. Please pray that I will not lose my job. They are having a meeting monday.
