Wow!! How exciting it is to announce beginning after the instance resets on Tuesday March 27th, we will have two new teams for Karazhan!

First, I want to thank everyone for their hard work and patience in this process. Raiding can be very difficult for a guild. Redeeemed wants to remain a healthy Christian guild. So, often we have to set aside our personal goals for the sake of the team. Many of you have done this and I personally thank you.

Second, the "testing team" that went into Karazhan, thank you guys for being flexible and allowing us to split you guys up. You paid many a repair bill and dropped gold on pots and materials. Your efforts will reap us great rewards as the teams move forward!!

The teams are split into two groups as evenly as we could manage. There is no "A" and "B" team. The teams are split up in groups of greater than 10. The raid leaders will decide who goes and when things get switched out. Raid leaders will set days and times for raiding. We are shooting for having each team raid three nights a week (you do not have to raid every night). We will move people around if it is best for the teams and the individuals.

First team: Leader FJ

Healers- Wallawinski, Icthus, Champoflight, Lukey
Tanks- Tebran, Meli, Joinyce, Lothain
Ranged DPS- Melko, Reco, Boozelm, Powderpuff, Young, Beriale, Boimli
Melee DPS- Darkmoon, Cassadine, Seathra, Jaq

Second team: Leader- Quantam

Healers- Treebranch, Avesther, Citgrad
Tanks- Sazul, Mirakle, Mythblade, Goodwone
Ranged DPS- Quantam, Nevi, Jackhog, Myth, Zacchaeus, Baddwin
Melee DPS- Ironstone, Bloodfall, Cooptroop, Where

Here are the basic requirements we are looking for-

All players need to be 70 and keyed. All players need to have 6 of their 8 armor slots be "blue" or "rare" BC items(lvl68+). All players need to bring 5 of their own health or mana pots (you can make a deal with crafters but have them on you before entering the instance). All players are required to bring potions or food that increases their specific stats (one or the other both are prefered). These "bonus" items are necessary to down bosses in Karazhan.

Class wise-

Healers-
Druids and Priests- +1,000 to healing; +100 mana per 5 while casting;
Paladins(holy)- +800 healing +80 mana per 5 while casting

Tanks-
+490 defense
Health to 11,000 unbuffed (pallys to 10,000)
Dodge/Parry/Block all to at least +14% each or combined >45% (pallys >50%)

Ranged DPS- (not including hunters)
+650 spell damage
+650 to your spell class
Hunters attack power of 1000+

Melee DPS-
Attack power of 1100+ with bonuses from items (not buffs)
+7,500 health unbuffed

These will be the standards. They maybe tweaked some as we move forward, but this should be your goal. If you have questions please let me know. We will use inspections and the armory for checking these stats out (Raid members should make it practice to log out in raiding gear every time they exit WoW).

We will begin a third team when we have 36 people keyed for Karazhan and a third raid leader ready to take over a team.

<This is a first draft flames will not be accepted. Discussion will be allowed and enjoyed.>
