Have to agree with the YouTube description on this. The delay in standard mineral collection looks more like a bug than an opportunity for over 9000 APM players to gain an even greater (if inconsequential) advantage over their opponents.

I actually thought this was a very cool concept in the game and would encourage higher level play, but now that I ponder on this matter tek is right and I do hope they fix this now so I can go back to my normal 24 apm opener. LOL
