Welcome! Let us know if you have any questions. It can be a little overwhelming at first with all the invasions that can take place.
 
I read early on that the massive invasions were supposed to be rare... and I believed it until I saw my 4th one in 28 hours.
 
Well as of now, they bumped up the frequency of the Map wide events. So people have more chances to get the rare sourceshards.
