"Make thee bald, and poll thee for thy delicate children; enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from thee."
There are times we may be tempted to be slow or incomplete in our obedience to the Lord, thinking we alone will bear any consequences that come of it. In these times we need to remember the reach of sin is capable of affecting everyone around us, even our own children, and the consequences may turn out to be much more severe than anticipated.
