Hehe, I think this is directed at me :) I have been putting together a spell damage set and I finally got to put it to full use on a murmur fight. Being melee on murmur, if you are not tanking, is just a pain, so I decided to throw starfires at him.

I was getting 1600-1700 crits, which were nice and I was able to heal when Berstromme was the bomb and got silenced. It worked out quite well I think :)
 
I remember when I first faced Murmur, I thought that melee were hopeless vs the boss. I will agree that they are still a bit of a pain on that boss, but I have gotten pretty good at the run in-run out stuff. :p
