Do a graphic for me?

I was wondering if anyone could make a small banner for me, about half the size of that CGA banner in the top left corner of this site. The way I want it to look is a knife flying across the banner, and as it flies by the name Justice is spelled out. Could anyone do this?
 
I could using fireworks, but I'm really busy right now.

I have a temporary banner for now. The reason I want a knife is cuz I'm known for knifing people in SoF2 on the server I play on. I'm #2 for all time knife throwing. Yes, you can snipe with knives.
 
Well you could do it as a freaking huge animated gif though it'd have billions of frames to look halfway decent. ;-)

I think he wants it to APPEAR like a knife is flying through the air. I don't think he wants an animation...

Basically you want the word "Justice" with like a knife at the end and like movement lines or something to make it look like its moving right?

I would, but I'm swamped with homework and my guitar is begging me to play it for more than 20 hours a day
