Custom Campaign Check list

OK, here's the plan. I'm going to list each Campaign uploaded to our server here (with link to download). Please, also remember that you must install the L4D2 Add-on Tools and L4D2 Authoring Tools. Both can be found and installed under the "Tools" section of the "Library" in Steam. I would like the following post to be a conformation of players that have completed the list and secondary programs, so we are ready on Wednesdays.

Uploaded Campaigns:

1. Death Aboard 2
2. No Mercy 2
3. Dead Air Two
4. City 17
5. Diescraper Redux
6. 2 Evil Eyes
7. Dead City II

(note - Death Aboard 2 and 2 Evil Eyes both have files that need to be put in your addon folder and you maps folder... READ THE README FILES )

I have the Add-On Tools installed, but I don't have the Authoring Tools installed; I'm able to run all custom campaigns I've tested so far without any issues. But YMMV (your mileage may vary).

I've downloaded and installed all campaigns listed above.

I had all but Diescraper. I also checked each of the Updated dates and found that I had to download updated versions of Dead City 2 and 2 Evil Eyes.
