So you'd sign up for the Invisible Pink Unicorn, yes? Seriously, it's not a good argument to take; most supernatural claims, by their very nature, are impossible to disprove - the most one can usually do is discredit. You are always able to say 'Yes, the evidence points to x but it's possible that someone invisible and all-powerful did y and made it look like x just to confuse us.'
More on topic, I'm familiar with some of the many groups claiming to have disproved the theory of evolution. Sometimes I doubt whether Hovin et al actually understand what evolution is in the first place, which would explain the poor quality of 'disproof'. Most of their stuff I've encountered is tied up with those misunderstandings, some logical fallacy (red herrings and ad hom featuring prominently) or just plain bad science.
And hey, even if they did manage to somehow disprove evolution, Creationism / Intelligent Design wouldn't automatically be proven. They'd need to put foward the evidence for ID - which is rather lacking at the moment; I haven't seen the YEC folks putting foward serious scientific ideas about origins / anthropology / <insert relevant discipline here>.
