Isaiah 42:3
42:3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.
It's often the wisdom of the world to ignore or marginalize the weak or hurting based on the "rationale" that such are likely to be costlier to accommodate than the productivity that can gained from them. But God's truth is that people are more valuable than their productivity, and how much productivity does God really need from us anyway to accomplish His will in the world? But more love and caring will always be needed.
