Spam speeds

Abital just told me that we can afford to upgrade our Charter Pipeline from 3Mbs to 10 Mbs! That means that I can spam up to 300% faster!!

Spam speed is regulated on these here forums...no more then 1 spam per 30 second period. I've been caught by that speed trap on more then one occasion myself. So, regardless of your I_Net speed, there is a governor placed on the system, somehow, somewhy.

I should have known as much. I am an admin for GGH, a battlefield server in Reno, and our forums have a spam governor too. Right now, our 2nd spam thread (the first spam thread broke, so they had to lock it and start a new one) is up to page 196.
