Prayer request for Cgdoc519

Many of you know cgdoc519, and he asked I would post a prayer request for his family as he just learnt that his lost his father today. This will be hard on the family for a number of reasons.

Father, on behalf of my friend and brother in Christ, I raise Jason and his family up to you. I ask for the Comforter to be sent into their home and bring a peace that does passes all understanding. Father, I ask for a shield of protection around them, show them in a tangible way, how much you love them. Thank-you Lord that you are in control and the healer of past pains. Bring your healing touch Lord, in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Praying for peace that passes all understanding and grieving but not as the world grieves.

I know it's trivial right now, but I'll take care of Jason's CGA staff duties until he's ready to return.
 
Losing a loved one is never easy. I will pray for loving friends to come share the grief with them.
