Notice of ip change and not whitlisted error

Xenon servers has messed up once again, but this time someone else has our IP address (the 69.197.190.223:25565/mc.toj.cc).
Ben has tried to get us a temporary new one, but this has failed so we will have to go and get a support ticket and wait it out.

Now the reason everyone is having problems with the whitelist is because its another server's W.L. not ours.

Sorry about the inconvenience, we will be working on this.
 
How do you lose an IP >.< ? Oh well I guess that is what we get for a cheap server XD.

Sorry to hear it sounds like you and Gator are having a stressful time strapped with Minecraft work :( . I should count my blessings handling the, only rarely temperamental, TF2 server.

If ya need any phone calls made or letters written let me know, I'd be happy to help out. You should at least get one month free. I'm very good at very friendly complaint letters that get such things. :D
